At SACCO we keep it simple. We produce the highest quality product and strive to provide you with the best service. After receiving your order confirmation, we deliver the product worldwide within 2-5 days with free shipping via DHL express. The ideal scenario is that you love our product for many years and come back for more. However, if for any reason, you wish to return the unused product, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org within five days of receiving the delivery and we will collect the goods again free of charge and give you a full refund. Please note, there might be additional costs, depending on your country, for example import tax and duties, which SACCO does not pay nor refund. By agreeing to our Terms & Conditions, you hereby agree to the following procedure:
- In our eSHOP, you select the jackets, colours, and sizes you wish to purchase, add them to your SHOPPING BAG, provide your BILLING and DELIVERY address, and confirm the purchase via Credit Card or PayPal payment.
- You hereby confirm that all the information you have provided is correct and the use of the Credit Card or PayPal account for this individual purchase has been approved by either yourself or its owner.
- Please note, the purchase is only confirmed after we have received full payment. Any items you have selected and added to your SHOPPING BAG are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers if you wait too long.
- After we receive the payment confirmation, we will call on your mobile to reconfirm your size selection and the best delivery time.
- The order will be delivered worldwide free of charge via DHL express, under normal circumstances within 2-5 working days. If for any reason the delivery is delayed, for example at customs, we will do our best to speed up the process but SACCO is not accountable for any lost time or additional costs.
- Your country’s customs may charge a percentage of the value as import tax and duties. SACCO has no control over this procedure and will not pay nor provide any refunds for any additional costs.
- If you wish to return the unused product, for any reason, please email us within five days of receiving the goods at email@example.com with the subject matter “Return” and quote the order number. We will arrange for the free of charge return delivery. You will receive a confirmation email.
- If you wish to return the unused products, you agree to fold and pack the goods in its original packaging in the same manner as you have received them.
- IMPORTANT: we only accept returns if the hang-tag is still attached to the jacket in its original form and the product has not been used. If we believe that the product has been either used, dry-cleaned, ironed, has an odor, or is in any other condition from its original, SACCO reserves the right to refuse the returned product and will not provide any refund.
- If the returned product is not accepted by SACCO, no refund will be given and you agree to pay for the returned delivery charges, in addition to making arrangements to collect the product.
